It's been the same since it was introduced. Git gud. It's easy to infuse it up a bit too.

Edited by AlamoCity: 6/18/2016 1:12:40 AMYou get it when you take out the boss and all ads. Not if you "almost" kill the boss. Try to get to the last room with close to 6 minutes and you'll complete this easily. Did it with two warlocks and a hunter with about 10 seconds to spare. Sleeper Simulant was effective as well.

I must have killed him then. Do you have to kill the ads as well or just the boss?

Both. Your having to somewhat work on both the the ads and boss at the same time. While doing so, be sure to take down the blights to ads done spawn as frequently. For us, we took out the boss first, then finished the remaining ads. When you have mimimal number of ads running arroung, all three of you should land some goo heavy shot at the boss as he is a bit of a bullet sponge. This is wher Sleeper Simulant came in handy.
