Great idea, if it worked for warframe, why not destiny?
I'd love to see this in order to prevent issues from happening (Sunsingers not having anymore decent perks,Hand cannon blanket nerf because of thorn and TLW, Over nerf of sunbreakers, Needless Golden gun nerf,ETC.....) issues will still happen but hopefully not quite to the degree they are currently happening
I have one issue, due to the voting process what is to stop a user from voting themselves in using bots or current media popularity? (for example if Datto decided he wanted a position, not much could stop him)

Others have also pointed out that Streamers and Youtubers should not be allowed as Candidates. The next post is going to be regarding Candidates and Elections, so its definitely going to be a rather serious discussion for sure.

(for example if Datto decided he wanted a position, not much could stop him)[/b][/quote] you can only be elected twice ever (or at least for a long time) so someone has somewhat control for 2 terms what would it really matter because as long as we switch out players in the council frequently enough there will never be any sort of sustained power and without sustained power there is only so much you can do with out getting kicked out of that position anyhow by the community
