Yep. You can customize Warpaints and Nose Arts.

thats not load outs... thats just paint. I mean weapons, ordnance and abilities

No, you cannot customize that. Respawn said its for a level of Tactical Play to be introduced.

Fair enough... is there 2 weapons for each titan? or did they reduce numbers? tf1 had 6 titan weapons to pick and several custom ordnances/abilities. it'd suck if they severally dropped customization options
