It's basically Titanfall+
It keeps the solid and enjoyable gameplay while making a few tweaks to improve it and then adding more customization and content. I would recommend.

The gameplay looks very fast-paced and versatile. Is that just a result of the trailer trying to look as impressive as possible, or do you actually get that much control when playing as a pilot rather than in a titan?

The game really is that fast and versatile (at least in the first game) but you won't be doing any of the moves they did in the trailer right off the bat, as the movement system does have a high skill gap.

Did you prefer playing as a titan or pilot in the first game? From what I understand, the titans weren't exactly the stereotypical slow fortress mechs, but the pilots allowed you an extraordinary level of speed and movement control.

Edited by BARACK OBAMA: 6/15/2016 9:17:57 PMI personally prefer being a pilot. Titans in the first game are significantly different than the ones in Titanfall 2. The ones in Titanfall 2 are more "hero-like" in the sense that they have pre-set weapons and abilities for their class that give them special attributes. For example, the Titan Scorch has a thermite launcher and can slam a wave of fire as his core ability, and the Titan Ronin can use a sword to slash through enemies and block attacks. I can't really speak on Titans that much since the Titans in the first game had custom loadouts and the only thing that made them different was how tough they were, how many strafes they had, and what their core ability was (extra damage, extra strafes, and extra shields). So my opinion might change when Titanfall 2 rolls around.
