Nice catch! This also brings up an interesting question. While the light apparently protected us from being taken by Oryx, are guardians vulnerable to the SIVA corruption?

Oryx couldn't take us because we're dead corpses reanimated in the shape of the Light to fight its ancient enemy

Siva corruption isnt really a thing. The fallen are controlling siva themselves, not the other way round. Just to let you know.

We don't know that and what we have seen seems to suggest the opposite. The fallen seeked out SIVA to become machine gods but I get the impression that they aren't the ones pulling the strings now.
