Could easily have been a closeted homisexual. Can't remember the article but I read that his first wife said that he some homosexual tendencies. Not sure on the validity of it though.

I think some former teacher or classmates (possibly both) came out and said that he was gay when they knew him. It fits the "used online gay dating website" story.
