The nerf is alright. It's really too strong of you ask me. Twilight shouldn't be immune from anything shadestep isn't cause they're the exact same thing but on different grounds. Cause that wouldn't be fair.

Twilight isnt immune from anything. Shadestep can stop any tracking nade from attacking you. Garrison doesn't.
