Why you do the Raid
I know why some players do not do the raid, I understand completely. It takes to long, you cannot find a group, is to hard, and any other reason you have. I was like that also, until yesterday. I decided to do it and find a group using this App. My rewards? 335 Doom of Chelchis, 335 Qullim's Terminus, 334 Elulim's Frenzy, 335 A'Arn, 335 Midha's Reckoning, 335 Gauntlets, 335 Boots, 335 Mark, and a 335 Ghost. I got double rewards for doing HM and only died twice, both times in the jumping puzzle, lol. It is definitely worth the time and effort. Good luck Guardians!

I'm going through King's Fall just for 1 run to finish up Touch of Malice and be done with it, after that I'll probably never run it again. It's tedious and irritating and if i didn't have a decent group running it with me, i wouldn't even bother.

1 ReplyI've enjoyed the raids, played all at least once, except for Kingsfall HM, took an extended hiatus and now it's nearly impossible to find a group willing to take me. Frankly, I don't see the point of running THIS raid over and over. I'm sick of Hive themed armor, the raid weapons, other than Cocoon don't really seem worth it, and being 335 isn't all that important if you're not raiding. IB is my favorite spot for light level increase, I can put as much time in as I want, one match is 20 mins at the most, rather than a possible hour (or more, with a team that just doesn't work well together) and doing the raid 1 to 3 times a week REALLY sucks the fun out of it.

Raids (with a decent group) are fun and can be done in a hour +. That's more than worth it

Managed to run Normal VoG (NTTE questline), HM Crota and HM Kings Fall all in one day which hasn't happened ever for me. Good times. Love the raids!

1 ReplyI don't really because I have all the weapons I need and I'm 335 on one character. I'm a mainly crucible player and don't like the raid that much. Crotas end was short and sweet. You could solo it and do easy challenges with friends.

1 ReplyI got like nearly 10 guns on hardmode oryx, most were above my light. Definately much more rewarding now.
