I hope they put a Contra mode in, maybe even some Pac-Man.
Face it, your console is out dated. You had to know this day would come, nothing last forever. I still have every game system ive ever had. Some are connected and some are just in boxes.
Life moves forward. We change the way we dress, foods that we eat, our speech and even technology. People dont wear slacks and dress shirt to mow the lawn, most people dont eat Spam anymore (if ever, yuk!), and people dont say things like "dude" or "rad". Tube T.V.s arent used much nor are flip phones. You dont see many Yugos or Geos around and you certainly dont ride around on your tricycle anymore.
Its time to let go of the past.

I agree with most of your analogies but if you have ever lived in Hawaii, cali (islander areas), or any of the Pacific islands....spam is alive and kicking. I may have caught the spam bug while stationed in Hawaii.

No need to be a dick dude, op wasn't complaining g about bungie leaving roi behind, he just wants to know if roi releasing is going to change the legacy versions of the game.

I still have my Sega Genesis and PS1, I can always plug it back in and play Streets of Rage 2, 22 years later. All the characters, game modes and levels will still be there. At least for old PC games, you can release it to the community (or the community may create their own mods), if they want to run their own servers. Destiny would be fun to pop in again for me in a few years. Anyway this is a philosophical point, game companies view games as a service, and that players owe them for the time they spend on it. I still think of games as something I own, having paid for the initial product.

You really do need to go away. OP wasn't crying, resigned to the dirty deal, merely asking for info about the size of the crap sandwich last gen is eating. Bungie already kicked down the doors on last gen. You got what you wanted(or think you did). Leave these people alone now, there's no reason to be the gloating little kid showing off the shiny toy.
