On TV they have explicit warnings for a block of time , granted it may be one show , but it is a block of at least 30 min. If a DJ wanted to commit a whole 4 hour segment to explicit music and limit his/her audience and therefore limit his/her advertisement possibilities I am sure they could.
Doubtful too many Stations are willing to alienate broad segments of their listener base to appease the Artistic integrity of foul music.
