So if I am on PS3 but have a ps4, what do I have to buy and when do I have to buy it in order to transfer my stuff and get iron gjallahorn?

As long as you have Destiny (TTK and the Expansions etc) for PS4, all of your characters and stuff are the same on both consoles UNTIL August-ish 2016. Then the two platforms will split and be seperate games technically. In order to get the Iron Ghallyhorn 'skin' as I'm calling it, you must pre-order Rise of Iron before it's release (anytime before September 20th if memory serves correctly)

As far as I am aware, Last Gen will be stuck in TTK limbo with their own servers to play and such while Next Gen will move on to recieve Rise of Iron and (hopefully) get better

I don't know. I would assume so but you would have to inquire Bungie yourself or just wait for the news to roll in. I'm just relaying what I've heard

Yes in order for your characters to be the same and not have any hassle with the process (it sucks because I have to do the same as well from 360 to One)

Edited by FJFSOM656: 6/11/2016 2:59:58 AMSupposedly Bungie is making Last and Next Gen seperate to two different servers so those in Last Gen can still play Destiny but not get new content while those in Next Gen can move on (for both 360->One and PS3->PS4 respectively) Currently, you can play Destiny on Last or Next Gen consoles and still have the same three characters and gear you have. Once it hits August, that will split into two seperate games basically so there's a copy for Last and a copy for Next And I am not sure if you can transfer your characters from Last to Next after the split without some outside system or otherwise bulls*** excuse for you to pay up.
