I'm a bit late for the party, and I gotta say, I agree with just about everything you said. One thing that really stood out for me though, people aren't liking that this story is "out of the blue". Maybe, maybe, but there could easily be a reason as to why we never told about the SIVA. 1) Even for an Iron Lord, Saladin Forge lost his brothers and sisters to this nightmare, it might be a topic he rather not bring back up willy-nilly. 2) They thought they trapped the SIVA, and as much of a threat as it was, they didn't want curious minds searching it out. 3) I believe this is on the opposite side of the Wall that we're used to. Like, our Tower doesn't normally have jurisdiction there. (Multiple Towers are all over the Wall).

  • That could be true but it still feels like a 'video game trope' [i]'Oh s***! Supreme Evil from nowhere! Quick go kill it!'[/i] Am I excited for it? Sure. I just feel it could have been better hinted at or set up than the way it was presented
