Hopefully we can select more than two leaders. More importantly will there be more than two factions? I realize this takes place before CE but with 343 as the driving force maybe we can have 4 faction choices?

Because it includes Red Team. Red Team is disbanded at the outset of CE. I could be wrong but I'm just basing it off available lore.

Where did it ever say Red Team was disbanded? The crew of the Spirit of Fire haven't been in contact with the UNSC as far as we know since the ending of Halo Wars. I feel it's much more likely that this is post Halo 3, even likely as to be post Halo 4.

When most of the team was wiped out on Reach and the survivors were put in Blue Team when John rescued them.
