Sorry bro, but the introduction of 3oc has pretty much put an end to any excitement of getting exotics.

True, but it still takes some time to at least get the type you want.

True, but when I pretty much got all of the new guns from 3oc within 2 weeks after ttk released I was like eh. Side note, best week ever in destiny, I got icebreaker from a nightfall, red death from a legendary engram from patrol, and then gally from another nightfall one week later. There is no replacing the excitement when you finally get new weapons and armor from drops like that. I was getting maybe 1 exotic a month before, now I get like 3-4 a week without even trying.
