Dude Dreadfang is 320 when you get it. The light level cap is currently 335. 335 gear drops randomly from King's Fall Hard Mode, Iron Banner, and cryptarch packages you get from decrypting engrams. Similarly you can get gear above 320 by decrypting exotic engrams once your light level has passed 320.
