All radio is broadcast over publicly owned airwaves and are thus under the jurisdiction of the FCC. TV that is also broadcast on public air waves are subject to the same restrictions. Cable and movie theaters are privately owned and not subject to the FCC.
If you want it to change vote in people willing to change it. But this will not happen and it's a stupid issue to push because things like the internet exist and are easily accessible. Because I'm sure you're aware of this I have to assume you're just trolling, but regardless hopefully someone will learn something.

The regulations are not the same, in any way. Television shows have multiple ratings assigned to the severity of whatever they depict. Music only has the one label, and the one label is banned on a blanket basis.

Actually that's usually a choice made by the radio station itself and not the FCC.
