You may want to track the availability of the Rise of Iron preorder here as it is currently listed as unavailable for Xbox One.

It's not unavailable. You just need to have owned TTK on YOUR profile, then you can just purchase it from in-game. Simple, really. Trust me, I had this EXACT problem recently.

I am not sure if we can preorder on Xbox one. If I recall correctly you could not preorder TTK on it. A day one purchase on Xbox was considered a preorder.

Using the website linked above, you can select your console, country and retailer. It will display as available when it has become available
