I'm on PS3 so I can't help but I do believe this plan is flawed. It's all about the right raid team, I had never gotten past war priest on normal. Next thing you know, I join a good team and me and at 310 light with no raid weapons and only a spindle beat the war priest and golg on hard mode. Ended up being kicked for daughters because of no Malice. Later ended up beating daughters on hard and then later oryx in normal. Still only using quillims terminus and spindle. Ended up getting my last fragment from war priest challenge today and got malice. Yah, it was tough to farm, but I guess its worth it. That being said, I believe you should require people to no guns. And I truly think that spindle is more valuable all around than malice is. Overall, hard most is mostly mental, everything can be taught on the fly, the only real requirement is to be good at staying alive and patience.

Spindle is in no way more useful than Touch of Malice on sisters or Oryx. While it's true that ToM is generally not used on the other bosses (although it can be and will tear up on all when paired with Blessing and Weapons of Light), nothing is more useful than ToM the last two bosses. Besides the higher impact and White Nail perk, Spindle does nothing different than any other sniper. For a long time I didn't use Spindle, I didn't and don't like it, I used an Eirene RR4 with triple tap instead. I still always had one of the highest dps outputs simply because I was better with that than some others were with Spindle. As for Touch of Malice...nothing can replicate what it does. Nothing. You can kill the sisters with a sniper and stagger Oryx with a sniper, yes, but it's a hell of a lot easier with ToM than with Spindle.

Then again, your running the Sherpas, it's for you to decide. But I went straight into hard mode. And it didn't seem all that bad even without malice

I'm not saying your wrong, I got to try out malice today and can't deny its power. I realize that it is better for daughters and oryx. But I do not feel that it must be a requirement, I think spindle for the whole raid would be enough. Just because of the reload thing.
