Believe it or not, red bars can be killed. As in consistently while intentionally forcing it. I had a full team and we were all decently good and played clash. We caught a red bar and he was teleporting like a mother-blam!-er.
We all reported him and then persistently and relentlessly -blam!-ed his world up. Without being on each other's asses we stayed in subteams of two and whenever he lagged around, one or even two others were instantly on his ass and his name was in the kill feed on the receiving end.
This worked and we won the game in the end because when two got a lock on him we focused him while the remaining 4 carried on with the other enemies on the team.

That is a very smart idea but in trials and the whole team is lagging we lost 5-2 so we were able to kill them it just took about half a clip of hawksaw and doctrine to kill them. But this has been a problem for some time now. And it just a doesn't seem fair that people like me put a lot of time in destiny I have been playing destiny since before dark below sadly switched consoles but for the people that are good at the game have to take a loss because this one kid just lags around the map the whole game. Doesn't seem fair at all

I know what you mean, I really do. I've been on the short end of that stick and it's part of the reason I haven't gone flawless before. Because I'm stuck between a boulder and a hard place. I'm inexperienced in FPS PvP and can hold my own but with a struggle. My frustration only compounds when true red bar warriors come into play. But frankly Bungie doesn't care about this sort of thing and will deny it being anything but an isolated incident of bad connection. It's up to players to regulate the red bars by locking them down and opening up a can of whupass. Unfortunately it is easier said than done in 3v3. 6v6 however, their asses will forever be mounted on my fireplace

And that's the sad thing that bungie doesn't seem to give a shit about its community of PvP players. Idk maybe they will see the light and do something for the better
