Well, no Guardian will admit it, but it is the communities fault for this travesty. Oh reader mine, we all complained about Vex and Thorn and Drop Rates and Exotics and Blink and Spawns and Game Modes and Laggers and AFK people, and these all caused drastic changes. • No more loot cave • No more Vex or Thorn • 3 of Coins make Exotics not "exotic" • Blink is no where near as good as Shadestep now Just because something is working for one person doesn't mean it's the best thing ever. It's like diets. Not everyone can work on the same diet, and other people will benefit from other diets. I'm personally a shotgun user inside and outside of Destiny. 70% (rough guess, everyone snipes these days) of this community is Sniper. They will complain that shotguns or MIDA or whatever else kills them is OP because they don't use them. The funny thing is if they use them, they'd come last on the leaderboard, so how do you justify that?

  • But if they stayed overpowered then it would have been "balanced" as they were both overpowered exotics that werent the easiest to get. I'm not saying they weren't op, but I don't take fond of metas saying this is op or whatever. Play to your own style I say.

  • Yup. It is not. That is why Blink got nerfed hardcore That is why Shotguns got nerfed hardcore That is why people are still complaining

  • You have to be realistic here the exotic system was and is terrible their way of solving the evil rng problem was to make nicer rng and easy quests what should've happened is hard quests with little to no rng involved.
