but does it drop with counter balance, range finder and braced frame?

I have one with range finder, perfect balance and surrounded. It's a pretty good drop. Thinking about infusing it to 334.

Surrounded is a bad perk. Enemies have to be in shotgun range for it to proc. On an auto rifle, its basically saying you didn't get a perk. Perfect balance is ok, but no where near as good as counter balance. I'd try again to be honest
