I play all heroes fairly evenly, with Pharah and D.Va being my most played overall.
By far the worst time is going up against three or more Torbjörns during the first part of Hollywood. The turret defense game is too strong there.

Yeah, I don't know how to fix it but there are some characters that if you can put 2- or more of them it makes it rough in the attackers
