Hi, If you're seeing this error it typically means the license for TTK is not yet owned under the referees account. If your friend purchased a physical copy of TTK, a they may want to verify that they redeemed all codes for digital content (DLCs) that would have come with it.

  • I asked them about using the 25 digit code for the taken king, they said they had -> I've also said that I have no issue with gamesharing, but doing so prevents them from doing this Link. I can ask them again when they hop online, but from what I can gather they have used the code and what not. Since they had such low grimoire but were over level 25, they presumably used the spark of light to boost their character - again I did ask them whether they had been playing and had installed TK within the week, and they said they had done so earlier that day/ day before (can't remember which) also comparing achievements and hours played seemed to match up with them...Like I said I'll check with them again and whatnot just to make sure. TY for the response though.

  • If, after they check, they are sure all the codes have been redeemed, as long as they are within the 7 day window, you can try cancelling your original referral and sending a new one. However if you continue encountering this and the user has access to TTK content, they most likely are doing so via license sharing. It's possible they redeemed the codes on a different account on their console.
