Rall'og seems a bit OP. But other than that this is one of the best Destiny ideas ever.

Well I could always change his abilities to suit him better, which form are you talking about?

Well, all of them. A boss that can duplicate itself would be insane. Also, a boss that could teleport and raise its fallen comrades from the dead seems a bit much.

Well, I have tried to change and edit some of their powers to make them less OP, hopefully they aren't as bad as before.
