Well I've seen people leave before if somebody is real bad..but it's kinda rare.usually from my experiences they tend to stick it out. But even if they leave somebody will join instantly.that's the nice thing about the division matchmaking. Just have to make sure if somebody leaves to completly remove them from the lobby.for some reason the lag will make the screen name linger for a few minutes.nobody can join until there "completely" removed.
