No. Just no. No primaries should ever have dot. Everyone would abuse this in crucible claiming they good. And not to mention they already spam firebolts that last forever which is ridiculously op and needs a nerf.

Read my entire post. I said DOT in pvp Shouldn't be a thing. Only thorn should hold that crown. Now these perks only work on specific races of enemies.
