Just another dumb perk, how about good perks that are useful? DoT should go back to its former glory on thorn, that's what made thorn an exotic

Or you could make weapons more adverse and dynamic. Mind you the perk would not show up on PvP weapons. It's not a dumb perk. It's dynamic to create a more varied load out for certain situations.
