Did you do it with a fireteam? Say you had your mates guard/ camp while you prime the clown and finally get it. Then come out rockets blazing. In Banner it could be 3 or 4 priming while 2 or 3 camp guard.

it takes a few minutes to get a single rocket. One shot. You basically take yourself out of action for extended periods of time and if you go back to a primary or secondary from the rocket you have to start over. Not worth it. and if the rocket launcher has clown cartridge it will be missing other nice perks. Its a sub par launcher.
