Another scrub who can't take been killed in crucible or likes breaking down exceptionally rare raid weapons or armour?

I'm sure with him it's nothing to do with that....it's all about the bs grind in this game

I for one am tired of getting rare armour and guns and just having to break them down based on getting exhumed and other crap year two perks. Who cares what people want on the guns? Let players have a chance at getting what perks they want? Double rng is terrible right now.
