I like the lore, and I wished the game was more focused on the inclusion of it into game play and the story. I like this game and enjoy playing it but for what I've dropped monetary wise it is lacking.

I'm telling you if all of this grimoire and lore was actually in the game, I would love this game infinitely more
-
I'm with you. I like this game and enjoy playing it wished there was more to it though.
-
They could replace grimore with that.
-
I for one would like that. It would make the game a deep and appealing game. I feel the one of the many reasons we are critical of this game is because we want to see it succeed and be a damn good game, and it's not even reached its potential or there's the small crowd that just bitches to bitch regardless of the quality of game it is.

Yeah, they should get rid of the cards. And make missions for the past. The Twilight gap etc. No one likes the grimore cards.

Edited by Duckworth2069: 5/20/2016 12:37:24 PMI enjoy the grimoire cards and their info/stories. I happen to enjoy the details and tidbits, my dislike is a game that's main campaign is relegated to 6 hours if that and its more geared to PvP aspects instead.

That's what disappoints me most. Destiny was never marketed as a heavy PvP game. It was all about your character, and the quests you would embark on with your friends to "Become Legend". What it has become now is a PvP oriented game. All of the balance changes seem focused around the Crucible, and they make blanket changes to try and improve PvP play while hindering the PvE experience. As well as that, they consistently ignore our requests to make PvP more hospitable to people playing with friends. When I play Crucible with friends, I get no solid feeling of teamwork. Also, I'd love to be able to play against my friends how we did in Halo. Custom matches, map creation, making our own game types. But every time someone makes a request for similar things such as this, Bungie time and again seems to ignore the feedback. They don't even dignify most with any sort of response. But post a funny video of your guardian dancing to a Backstreet Boys song and Deej and Cozmo are all over that.
No hate, I enjoy those videos too. I just miss being able to actually have communication with Bungie
There is a level of disconnect with the devs as to what the fans want. Nerf this nerd that...while PvP is catered to the PvE side which was the biggest draw to the game gets shat on and virtually ignored. It's sad. I really like this game, enjoy playing it and I enjoy playing it with my friends, with that said we all freely admit it's lacking.

Or they could do what warframe did and puts the cards in game. As well as give free dlc quests.

Anything to add content or value to the game. SRL, holiday themed events, hell even copy a page from EA Sports does with golf games and football ganes and have you relive old raids/missions/stories from the lore. I realize it takes time to make these things but when your churning out updates and expansions with a smidge of extra levels once a year that you don't have a one shot side mission to throw out to play?
-
Yeah, warframe uses the cards to tell a story and they tell a story in game. They do both, I do like reading.
-
I could get down with that. It's immersion into the game
-
Yes, I had once wanted to make a taken. That was amazing, with gods and space ships.
-
Heck yeah
-
The game was cancelled because it was to big. Only a company like blizzard could ever bring it to life.
-
That's sad, the potential is prolly the heartbreak of that.

Edited by Ghost593835: 5/20/2016 1:13:02 PMYes but not star citizen is being made and now I can never make it.

Yeah it's nice but they should cut it out and make the cards missions. Every single one that tells a story.
