If you play crucible mostly, they are impossible to get- why did they do this?

If you play anything mostly, they're impossible to get. When the april update hit I had 3 characters bellow 315 so I hit the grind hard, I've been on ridiculous amounts of time, in patrol, on strikes, etc... I got one (one) [1] |0b1|, ONE damn sublime engram. They were never easy to get, that's true, but after the april update hit, it seems like it was just another drop rate to be added to the list of Bungo's ninja nerfs. In retrospect I've gone through roughly 48 exotic engrams, and still have about 30 undecrypted Legendary engrams in my storage that I've gotten just since the middle of May.

FYI I've gotten less than half of them between my 3 characters. All of them dropped from Court of Oryx and Challenge of the Elders.

The one that I got was from Court of Oryx as well. I've been burning the candle on both ends in Challenge of the Elders and I've not seen one drop yet. I wish we had a more consistent means of getting them, like one at the cryptarch or a trader to turn in regular legendary engrams, I wouldn't even mind if it was 3:1 ratio.
