Shadowshot and Melting Point can't stack because both are debuffs applied to the enemy and will instead overwrite each other. Weapons of Light on the other hand is a buff to the player and thus can stack because it is independent of what you're actually shooting at.

Ss and melting point do not stack if I remember correctly ss takes precedent. However weapons stacks with either or.

This is correct, SS and melting point do not stack as they are both debuffs on the enemy.
