Its so damn bugged!!
Didnt get a taniks cloak till two days ago. Farmed for it ENDLESSLY since sept as a hunter.
Lo and behold i got one to drop running strikes on my warlock. I was pretty boosted! But here is the kicker: i kept running strikes and got the tanix strike again within like 2 or 3 strikes. BOOM somehow MAGICALLY i get the taniks cloak again. Not only did this item drop twice in a row, IT DROPPED WITH THE SAME INTL/STRENGTH ROLL!!!!
Someone PLEASE explain to me how this is "randomly" generated. This is the equivalent of rolling a 50 or a 100 sided die and having it land on the number 7 twice in a row.
Ive had this happen again and again in every instance of rewards this game gives. This is the 6th time ive handed in shax weeklys across 2 classes and been rewarded strange coins... 3 weeks in a damn row of strange coins.
The rng is busted from the ground up. Hope bungie learned their lesson

Soooo many instances of this happening. From decrypting legendary engrams to nightfall rewards to faction packages to strike drops to raid rewards from vanilla to ttk, have the same thing drop week after week after week, and then when you somehow manage to break the cycle, you get THAT reward over and over and over again. THATS NOT FÜCKING RANDOM BUNGO!!
