The fact of the matter is that feminism is working, but in all the wrong ways. The goal of feminism was to create equality of opportunity for women, opportunity being the keyword. Third-wave feminism seems to want to push more toward what's called equality of outcome, meaning no matter how qualified a male applicant, the outcome should be a male/female of 50/50, of course if the outcome happens to have more women than men then hooray, yet another victory against the tyranny of the Patriarchy!
