Touch of Flame? Not really.
Viking Funeral could use an adjustment to either the total damage, or total ticks of burn time. Not both.

Well if you nerf touch of flame, you basically nerf viking funeral aswell, so if they wanted to nerf it they could change touch of flame to only going 6 damage per tick, and that would nerf both of them
