I've looked at your quests and you still have yet to complete the Taken King questline.
Complete those first, since the Dreadfang quest comes after.

Oh no I have with my warlock but not my Hunter or titain. So I have to do it with my warlock then? Cuz I did the 1st petra quest with my titain.
