I was doing some art the other day and after I completed my piece, I looked at it and for some reason it felt like a memory, almost as if I've been here before, some weird déjà vu sh*t...

Well, it technically is a memory, at least your conception of the idea for the piece is. I suppose if your imagination is vivid enough, it could suffice to create that sense of deja vu. I've been getting A LOT of those moments lately myself.

Ever have those lucid dreams of someone saying something or you thinking of something at a moment in time. Then during a conversation you think of that thing or someone says that sentence they said in that dream?

Minus the dream part, I get that every now and then. I think of something and then it comes up in conversation without any provocation from me. Or i'm thinking of a song I want to hear, and it comes on the radio. Little coincidences like this, yes?

Exactly like that. An old song you start to re-listen to then it plays on the radio, but referring to conversation, I guess it could be seen as "you've had these conversation many times so you expect the same response".

Fair point, which is why I don't usually put too much stock into individual coincidences or moments of deja vu. There's usually a reasonable explanation behind most of them, such as that.
