You do realize that there is only a team working on Destiny now, right? It's not the whole company. It has been this way since TTK.

That is a poor excuse any company that uses that deserves to go under, there are so many indie devs, small companies that patch a game within a week if launch on low budget, bungie is a huge company, millions if not billions. So yes it is possible they are just lazy asf

They're working on 2 projects right now. The fall dlc, and D2. They had to bring in High Moon Studios to help.

They have a team dedicated to destiny you do not understand at all stop sucking the BS out their asses they are lazy asf there are so many games that have 2 or 3 people working on them and they still manage to keep up with simple balances, gally took them almost a year to nerf that fking thing that is just lazy

Yes, a team. It's not the whole company. Updates and new content are not that easy to make. But, it sounds like you know that. I guess you are a game designer.

Software developer so yes I do know, they as lazy asf stop kissing their ass there is no excuse for them there is a team will be around 5 to 10 mark that is more than enough. Minecraft was created by ONE PERSON that game is 10 times the size of destiny more servers, and yet he still managed to hotfix the game, bungie are LAZY fan boy

It's been that way since the launch of Destiny. But the "Live Team" has grown significantly.

The majority of Bungie is probably working on Destiny 2 and also the next big ttk size dlc.

I'm talking about from vanilla where it takes 3 months for thorn to get buffed then like 4 for it to get nerfed

Other games release a game, and implement hotfixes because they already have them prepared. Bungie didn't have enough time to make hotfixes, and release the game at the same time. You act like making a hotfix from scratch is an easy thing to do.

Sure it might not be easy but the time is horrible. And since destiny was trashed why didn't they just postpone the release date?

They're postponing the release date for Destiny 2 because they don't want to screw up like they did with vanilla Destiny. There's a lot of new faces in the Bungie crew, High Moon Studios is really helping out. I'm excited for the next installment.

I think it might have more to do with having to make sure it's compatible with the new Sony getting released

The PS4.5 will have 4K support, more memory, and a faster processor. It won't affect new games. Destiny 2 won't be a 4K juggernaut. I even bet Destiny will be released on old consoles.

Sony has said that all games will have to be compatible for both 4 and 4.5. They never said anything about the 3
