I hope the super competitive crowd sticks to the ranked playlists (when they finally are out). Overwatch is fun but I don't see myself trying to become pro at it.

pretty sure they will since the seasons will only last for 1 month each. They'll need to spend most of their time ranking up to reach Heroic for the greatest rewards

What do you get for reaching Heroic rank?

im not sure but i think at the end of a season u get rewards not only for Heroic

we dont know yet. Probably skins, sparys and all those cosmetic things

They likely will, for the added competition. I can also see them limiting characters in competitive to 1 or 2 of each, whereas the social playlist would allow any amount.
