I'm rank 38 and 25 on my characters and I thought I was unlucky ... Level 103? That doesn't feel right.
Obviously the drop rate is broke with this ship. I hope you'll get it soon man!

Agreed, got a few buddies at 100+ and its not dropping for them either, must be bugged
