Minor Spoilers for civil war:
[spoiler]in the new movie cap hands it to iron man, and as far as I know, he's not nearly as augmented as cheif. Plus chief's armor is basically God mode. So.... [/spoiler]
I don't know much about comic book iron man, so I won't call that fight.

[spoiler]Iron Man actually was way better in the new movie imo. He severely injured Winter Soldier [i]and[/i] Cap in a 2v1. He would've blown Cap of the cliff and killed Bucky if it weren't for him being outnumbered.[/spoiler]
