Master Chief has weapons from the 29th(?) century, weapons that are far more capable of killing than a laser beam
If I'm correct, the Halo Sniper Rifle is able to punch through some 5 ft of steel, meaning it's able to punch through Iron Man's suit
Chief was also trained since 6, master at all forms of hand to hand combat, has a suit of titanium and gel shielding, and as well can flip a 7000 pound tank with ease

Iron man can -blam!-ing blow up planets, his armor is damn near indestructible and he can pretty much warp reality.

Yes but this is the sniper from 500 year into the future that can punch through 5FT OF METAL, iron man's suit it's even 5 inches thick.
