So its ability acts like Tlaloc, as in that its true potential activates only when Super is charged. I guess it makes sense, but AA? I'd prefer range or stability on a handcannon, tbh.

When I say a boost in AA. I mean an "exotic" boost. Something close to "WTF I'm getting shot behind a wall."
