Are you guys serious? That title belongs to the Defender. I made over 100 orbs in one Will of Crota strike as a Defender. Full size orbs. Not those puny orbs you Nightstalkers make with your pretty little bow and arrow. Get over yourselves.

RIP Thrall, Dregs, Goblins, Acolytes, Shanks, Psions. Do what titans do best. Punch shit. Trash mobs will net so many damn orbs...
-Gift of the Void: spawn 3 more orbs when bubble takes a certain amount of damage
Self explanatory. Go into a combat zone and plant that beautiful purple dome. Dance. Make orbs.
-Iron Harvest: heavy weapon kills have chance to make orbs
Also self explanatory. Equip favorite weapon of mass destruction. Destroy the enemy.
It only gets better when you add Alpha Lupi and an appropriate Artifact.
If you seriously voted Nightstalkers, you better provide a damn good reason why. Even then, I will still prove you wrong. Do a strike with me and that'll be all the proof you need.

Nightstalkers can double up supers with other classes. Put on black hole get a stormcaller tether everything have palpatine kill everything with a super double the orbs. Nothing outclasses team work

On average you drop 30 orbs, I can match that. I can also beat your 88 orbs you had in the undying mind. Nightstalker with light of the pack, chance of orb generation upon precision kills with max intellect getting more super energy from heavy kills running dreadfang. If I have my orb setup on I can fire off my super 7 or 8 times a strike on average creating 8 orbs each time. If I get undying mind when it's vex in the middle encounter I can get my super off 6 times there alone, and on each spawn phase during the boss. I used my super 14 times in there once creating 8 orbs each time. While you do have a point, you're discrediting something you obviously don't use properly. In an extremely dickish manner that makes it even funnier.

Undying Mind isn't a great strike for Defender orb shitting due to the extreme lack of things to one-hit melee. Yet I made those 88 orbs. Also in the boss fight, I tuck a weapons bubble in the corner of the map and repeatedly fire Dragonsbreath at the boss until it goes down. You know how many orbs I could make if I shot Dragonsbreath at adds instead and only sniped the boss? If you're going to try to clap at me, you should at least know [i]all[/i] of the details. Even IF you do happen to make more orbs as a Nightstalker, you'll need twice as many as the Defender to be just as effective as the Defender. Edit: you should also know that if I'm doing strikes, I'm trying to do them quickly. If I can run through parts, I run through them. That Omnigul strike where I made over 100 orbs? We ran up the ramp where Omnigul first spawns in. I could've made 20-50 more in that room.

Fair enough. I have loads of fun making orbs for teammates during strikes and what not. But Defender is still king of orb shitting.

Please be the better Sunsinger AND ACTUALLY GENERATE SOME ORBS WHEN YOU SELF-RES.
