But this isn't halo... Why would we want to push halo stuff into the game.
English
-
Because infection?
-
Also because bungie can do what they want to the gamemode. Hell, they could change the entire thibg to create a different infection gametype we all would love.
-
First... Again this isn't Halo.. This is a PvE based game that people from PvP Halo complain and whine causing mass nerfs to great guns just because they don't have em... No more Halo and CoD game modes and related stuff... People miss the PvE days with great weapons and armor.
-
How do you know the nerf conplaints are due to other games.? I got a hakkons hatchet from ib and my "skill" in pvp increased drasticaly. Sure im still an average player, but wheb i can get a triple kill in 1 mag on inferno clash at the beginning, its needing a nerf.
-
Because like I said.. This was specifically a game based on PvE... You don't just come and play only this PvP and not compare it to others... I could complain for nerfs on guns comparing it to CoD.. But I don't because I don't want PvP to ruin what this game is supposed to be about.

A: a majority of the players play crucible in their freetime instead of pve, as pvp is problably the larger aspect of destiny. B: destiny's guns are different, i dident say I wanted halo in destiny, i simply referneced we can have a gamemode like it.
-
If you understood a damn thing.. The crucible is more popular because the weapons are nerfed to nothing because of the crucible... The Last Word for example.. I loved using it in PvE... Guess what... Crucible people whined about it... Shotguns.. Well have fun trying to kill a swarm now.. Crucible nerfs on PvE...

Edited by ZunkeyTheDino: 5/6/2016 2:30:42 AMDude im just going to stop replying to you, you have to accept the fact the weapons got nerfed and move on. Even my jade rabbit was impact nerfed, used to be 4 shots body max. Dunno what it is now, but i moved on. Your other problem is that either you lost skill at that gun, or your trying to use a pve gun in crucible or vice versa. The last word is a pvp gub imo. Lol and shotguns... if you can use em, they will get you 5k's for the first few minutes of the game.

Because y'all don't stop whining about these weapons... Why don't you accept the fact just not good enough to face them and learn how to face them instead of coming on the forums and killing the base of the game with the nerfs... When all the guns are nerf... I can tell you the PvP part won't survive with CoD, Halo, and Battlefield popping out more and more games leaving destiny behind... They are bigger and stronger PvP franchises that Destiny will never be.
-
Im not a person to cry for nerf. I accept it and move on. I never cried nerf in the forums. I am simply suggesting a gametype i enjoyed in the past from bungie, and along with the rise for requesting custom games, i am simply being part of the community in a non-cancerous way.
-
If we keep accepting it.. Then will they stop? I am sure you have favorite guns.. Favorite abilities... Eventually... None of those will work because of all the nerfs.. Will you just accept it then?
-
Well it seems like youve alreadybl reached that point When it happend to me in year 1/early 2, I just quit playing and went to play better games ob the pc. After a month or so i started playing again with a newfound perspective, got gud, and found a new weapon and set of abilities.
-
Why should I quit playing? I paid good money for the game itself.. Now I should quit playing because kids need to ruin it? No, they should have balanced it better than me needing to quit playing it... I would be better off lighting money on fire than your advice...
-
Edited by ZunkeyTheDino: 5/6/2016 2:50:34 AMI dident say it was good advice. And bungie doesent bend over for these kids. They base it off of data gathered and their internal meetings. The community brings it up and they decide if it does. Its not the kids decoding what gets nerfed. Tlw is still good, as it spams tge shit outa titans, and if you land those headshots than its a beast, but they cant nerf the player. Bungie
hopefully
tests all of the weapons before nerfing. They have a dev enviroment, you saw it in the april preview stream. They can test weapons in private and see. If it got nerfed it was too good, you gotta accept it and move to the next best thing. Thus the cycle of the meta whore. Life goes on. If you unhappy with bungie's decisions stop supporting them.
-
Edited by GeneSimmons: 5/6/2016 3:00:43 AMThe internal meetings base their stats off the kids crying for nerfs.. Don't you see that? If it a nerf post.. Next update it is nerfed... The Last Word was buffed for a short period of time... People who didn't have it whined so much.. The killed it again. As well I only support their decisions that work but speak out at those that don't.. But of course... If it not a nerf post from the PvP section.. They won't blink an eye to it.
-
No. The last word was pretty op before the nerf. It still is if you can use it properly. Unleash the sweat that pondours witgin you; aloow ye balls to become the humidity of the amazon rainforest itself, And it will grant you with the power of "skill" to disable your foes.
-
Even properly use... You need to kill steal really because a full load won't do enough... The gun is nerf broken really... Only reason you may get killed by it is because of the quest for it... And in PvE.. Have fun trying to use it.. Haven't found a hand cannon for PvE because of all the nerfs they done on them.
-
Uh. No Its like 2 shot headshot wighib 10 meters. Its meant to be a cqb weapon. Thats why they nerfed it; to make it more of a cqb weapon.
