Not sure - the quest is indicating you completed 1 and 2 , which can happen while doing other events sometimes. I would just go talk with Petra, since if they can't do much of anything to individual accounts without affecting other things, I would hazard a guess that they can't reset it just for you.
you have it noted in bugs, so it should also reach the eyes of the feedback/bug team and if they see any merit they will attempt a patch, but not likely a reset.

My stats for "Scour the Dreadnaught" at the time were: -about 13/50 kills in the Hull Breach. -couldn't have been more than 20/50 kills in the Hall of Souls. -definitely 0/50 in the Mausoleum. Hadn't set foot here. I guess Court of Oryx doesn't check for quest status before handing out the brooch, which in turn has carte blanche to update the quest. PS: Found another person who encountered this bug. https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/3lcc0q/spoilers_boolean_gemini_requirements_and_a_short/ They mention it at the end of "Part 2 - Lost and Found". UPDATE: xZ4NE134 in the same thread says the first half of the brooch dropped while killing enemies in the Hall of Souls. The second half dropped in their first Court event later on. Search for "completed the rest" to find it.
