Why the actual #!@$ are Titans the fastest class?
Seriously since the release of the game I can't wrap my head around this one.
I thought titans were supposed to be these bulky, armored up behemoths, not nimble wannabe track stars.
Even without twilight garrison, their ability to high tail it and run is baffling.

I.e: Striker titan: "in close quarters a fist is better than any gun." Lol couldn't be further from the truth for strikers.

Without a secondary ability (meaning just sprinting, not doing anything else) Hunters are the fastest. If you add jumps into the mix, Titan Skating is the fastest, followed by Warlocks.

Because they were made that way. It's tough to be the up close and personal, in your face class if you can't catch up to anyone. That's what the titans are supposed to be. Hunters are supposed to be clever, resourceful, Jacks of all trades,and their skill set reflects that. What they lack in speed they make up with options that add manoeuvrability like blink, bones of eao, shade step, smoke, invisibility, throwing knives, and three roaming supers. A lot of people are getting all caught up on the old cliches. The little guy isn't the fastest, and the big guy doesn't have the best melee. It's just different this time. Look at the Cabal... the largest and probably the most maneuverable enemy in the game. Maybe the Titans have power armor, if you NEED a reason for their speed.
