Hand cannons need range. I usually dismantle any hand cannon if there are no range perks.
The only exception is a Eyasluna with Explosive Rounds. Damn that thing is nasty.
I did get a Lord High Fixer with Hidden Hand. I'm not sure how that affects hand cannons, or primaries in general. I don't feel a difference with it

Luna with rangefinder, explosive rounds and LiTC...... it's a bloody beast.
-
They don't need range they aren't meant to be a scout rifles you dumb -blam!-
-
Yeah they do dumbass. Range makes it so you get less phantom bullets. It doesn't make them hit at scout range no matter how much range they have. You're a special kind of stupid aren't you dumb -blam!-?
-
Well listen here mr. Mcsmarty pants....git gud.
-
Congrats ur the dumbest person

Good one retard

I got a sweet finals peril with rifles barrel and army of one
-
Have a lord high fixer with hidden hand aswell. Doesnt do anything. At all...
-
I have an eyasluna with rangefinder, hand loaded, and hidden hand. It's snappier than my older one with just smallbore but it doesn't help phantom bullets
-
I have an Eyasluna with rangefinder, explosive rounds and luck in the chamber
-
God you're lucky. All my guns like that have horrible rolls. I wish I could get one like that lol
-
I got an Eyasluna with Hidden Hand that I dismantled because that perk threw my aim off and made the gun handle different compared to the one I had without it. It just felt weird.
-

Edited by Weesil xD: 5/4/2016 3:31:33 PMI got a Eyasluna with outlaw, explosive rounds and reactive reload. Haven't use it at all yet though.
-
Definitely use it. Explosive rounds on hand cannons are just fun
-
I thought about it. Got a Longbow with explosive rounds too lol.
-
My Imago Loop has Rifled Barrel (brings it to 61 range) plus Sureshot Sight (highest accuracy sight) plus Rangefinder... phantom bullets still happen all the time, but not at long range as much as at close range. I could shove the damn thing in your gut and still get misses somehow.
-
True. It seems no matter how much range, you'll still get phantom bullets. More range just makes it happen less. Wish I had that Imago Loop
-
Yeah, it's almost perfect. If only the final perk wasn't Mulligan, it still gets the job done though. Hidden Hand on top of all that would have made it a good roll imo.
-
I have a Lord High Fixer with Hidden Hand. I felt it was a wasted perk, but it seems to connect shots more. Maybe hidden hand helps with hit registration on primaries?
-
It increases the accuracy of the weapon. Meaning it will have more bullet magnetism allowing you to get headshots that aren't necessarily on the head. It also increases the "stickiness" of the sight (when an enemy runs across your sight the sought "sticks" to them or in other words follows them. This is the same for all weapons except for snipers. On snipers it only increases the scope "stickiness." It doesn't increase bullet magnetism. Here's an old video by Planet Destiny that tests and shows the difference hidden hand makes: https://youtu.be/1WIVLXxfPFM

Nice. So underdog, rifles Barrel and hidden hand on my lord high Fixer is good
-
I have a Lord High Fixer with Explosive Rounds. When the damn shots register I can clear out corridors in PvP.
