I've noticed a lower drop rate too. Maybe 1 in my last 15 or so. They used to drop at about 1 for every 4 or 5 champions I killed and now I can't get a champion to drop anything more than an antiquated ruin piece of trash.

Over the weekend I wasn't even getting the run. I was getting literally NOTHING. After the patch yesterday I started getting runes again.

I wish we could use the ruins on something else, I have a ton of them.
