Bro you cannot just play any PS4 game on a PS Vita.. You can only play PS Vita games on a Vita.. The only way you can play PS4 games on your Vita is if you're sitting right next to it and you remote play.

You can get a PS Now subscription, which allows you to play popular PS3 games without owning the console, wherever there is an Internet connection. The games I have listed are on PS3.
